UK home of Peppa Pig World celebrated as top-rated attraction across major consumer review platforms
Paultons Park, the home of Peppa Pig World, is celebrating retaining the title as the UK’s number one family theme park, with leading ratings across consumer review platforms including Google Reviews and Trustpilot.
Paultons Park maintains an average 4.7 star ranking on Google Reviews, with over 19,000 Google reviewers giving it a whopping five stars – beating all other UK theme parks.
The family theme park, located on the edge of the New Forest in Hampshire, also outperforms all major competitors on Trustpilot and holds an average 4.5 rating out of 5 on Tripadvisor, securing the top spot as the favourite theme park in the UK.
James Mancey, deputy managing director at Paultons Park, said: “Guest experience is our number one priority, and ensuring that every family has the best day ever at Paultons Park is what gets us out of bed in the morning.
“The quality reviews and recommendations we receive are testament to the dedication of the entire Paultons Park team. For over 40 years we have worked hard to deliver an experience which creates unforgettable memories, and we’re looking forward to another four decades and more of family fun.”
The ratings news comes hot on the heels of Paultons Park’s latest ride opening, Splash Lagoon, a family-friendly water boat ride that takes young explorers on a Jurassic adventure in dinosaur-themed world, Lost Kingdom. The new family flume is complete with meandering rapids and an exciting drop into a prehistoric lagoon below. Splash Lagoon promises an exciting ride for junior thrill-seekers and their parents.
In 2023, Paultons Park was also named the UK’s best value theme park, based on independent research which considered entry ticket price, queue times, parking fees, and number of attractions. As visitors to Paultons Park enjoy over 80 rides and attractions, free parking, free entry for children under 1 metre, and some of the lowest ride queue times in the UK, they came out on top as offering the best value for money compared to all other UK attractions.
A family of ring-tailed lemurs also swung into their brand-new enclosure at the Hampshire theme park this year, offering guests the opportunity to watch the sociable and expressive little Madagascan primates play and explore.
Additionally, families can also now enjoy a new steam-punk style café and restaurant, Grande Central, situated between Tornado Springs and Peppa Pig World. Complete with lounge chairs, booths and tables, Grande Central offers freshly brewed coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, as well as a variety of hot eats, delicious cakes and sweet treats.
Paultons Park, which covers over 140 acres of Hampshire parkland, offers five different themed lands, including the UK’s first Peppa Pig World, the Jurassic themed Lost Kingdom, the animal adventure world of Wild Lands, and children’s favourite Critter Creek. The Park’s latest themed world, the 1950’s Midwestern Americana themed Tornado Springs, opened in 2021 and features some of the Park’s most thrilling rides, including Cyclonator and Storm Chaser.
