Paultons Park will be opening for the 2021 season on Monday 12th April.

We are current receiving a high volume of emails. Please be assured that we prioritise enquiries by date of visit and will respond as soon as we can. We aim to respond within 48 hours however, during exceptionally busy periods this may take up to 5 working days and we kindly ask that you do not duplicate your contact with us.

Important information for those with bookings scheduled prior to 12th April:

An email has been sent to all guests who held day tickets or Season Ticket pre-bookings for the closed period with instructions on how to re-book for a later date. Opening dates for 2021 can be found on our website. If you have not received this email, please write to detailing your booking reference number and the date you wish to move to.

All Season Ticket Holders have been emailed with regards to an extension in light of the delayed opening. Those with Official Paultons Break bookings for the closed period have been contacted by Holiday Extras.

In the event your email is giving feedback regarding a recent visit please again be advised that it may take up to 10 working days to receive a response, however during exceptionally busy periods this may be longer. We kindly ask that you do not duplicate your contact with us. We regret we will be unable to respond to any feedback that is received more than 4 weeks following a visit.
