Safety & Cleanliness Information

  • The health and safety of our guests and team remains our top priority. We always pride ourselves on having first class cleanliness and hygiene measures across the park. Certain extra measures remain in place such as sanitising locations, perspex screens and hand washing troughs.
  • Guests visiting Paultons Park are not required to show an NHS COVID Pass on entry.
  • Face Coverings: As per the most recent Government guidance there is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering. People are still advised to wear one in crowded and enclosed spaces where they may come into contact with people they do not normally meet.  Some of our staff will continue to wear face coverings as a matter of personal choice.
  • We are operating at a managed capacity, this is to ensure all guests can have an enjoyable day out and the best possible experience whilst visiting.  Tickets must be pre-booked, in advance, on our website.
  • We remain a cashless attraction, please ensure you bring a credit or debit card with you, please note we do not accept American Express.  If you do bring cash, we can load this on to a gift card for you at The Hub, located inside the Big Toy Shop, for you to use around the Park.

Do I have to present an NHS Covid Pass in order to enter the Park?

Guests visiting Paultons Park will not be required to show an NHS COVID Pass on entry Venues and events are no longer required by law to check visitors’ NHS COVID Pass. They can still choose to use the NHS COVID Pass on a voluntary basis..

Do I need a face covering?

As per the most recent Government guidance, there is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering. People are still advised to wear one in crowded and enclosed spaces where they may come into contact with people they do not normally meet. Some of our staff will continue to wear face coverings as a matter of personal choice in indoor spaces. 

Are you operating at a capacity?

We are running at a managed capacity. This does mean that tickets are limited and we are unable to overbook any days. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Do tickets need to be pre-booked?

Yes, all tickets must be pre-booked on our website. If tickets are sold out then we will not be able to sell tickets on the day at the park. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Will there be hand sanitiser and hand-washing facilities available?

There will be hand sanitiser stations and hand washing stations available at select locations on park. We encourage guests to bring their own hand sanitiser for personal use where possible.

Do Annual Pass Holders need to pre-book?

Premium Annual Pass Holders are required to pre-book their visits during certain times of the year, namely our Halloween and Christmas events.

Will you be accepting cash at the park?

Paultons Park remains a cashless theme park, please ensure you have a debit or credit card with you when visiting.If you do bring cash, we can load this on to a gift card for you at The Hub, located inside the Big Toy Shop, for you to use around the Park.

Do I need to be vaccinated to visit?

There is no requirement for guests to be vaccinated to visit Paultons Park.

Can I change the date of my visit?
