We have a fantastic new information and collection point opening at the Park this year. The area just inside the Big Toy Shop has been transformed into a knowledge hub where we can share with you the best tips, information and services that Paultons has to offer.
What can I do at the new Hub?
- Pick up helpful tips and advice on your visit from locker locations to baby changing facilities.
- Upgrade your day tickets to a second day so you can return and enjoy the fun again.
- Upgrade your day tickets when you leave to a Season Pass and we will deduct the price you have paid off of your new pass*.
- Ask about our extra special VIP Packages, Early Play Passes and Gift Cards.

- Drop in to find out about school group visits and our amazing learning lab.
- Plan a short break to the Park with a local family friendly hotel.
