Paultons Park recognises decades of service from loyal employees

Award-winning Romsey attraction, Paultons Park, has recently celebrated the long service of over 70 employees.

Paultons Park regularly recognises the loyalty of its team, and the latest celebrations revealed that over half of the permanent Paultons Park team have now worked with the attraction for five or more years.

40 employees have worked at the Paultons Park attraction for over a decade with 11 of these having worked in the business for over 20 years and 3 for over 30 years.

Sara Mancey, HR Director at Paultons Park said: “Celebrating the efforts of our team is something we do regularly at Paultons, and recognising the loyalty and dedication of our team is central to this. A number of our employees started with us in seasonal roles and are now holding key positions in our management team.

“We couldn’t achieve the high-quality Paultons Park experience without the continued contribution of our staff, some of whom have seen the park evolve for over three decades.”
