Concessions for disabled guests at Paultons Park
We welcome visits from guests with disabilities and will do everything possible to ensure they have a safe and pleasurable visit and are able to participate in as many activities as possible.
Admission:
Paultons Park does not wish to discriminate against guests with disabilities and therefore the appropriate admission rate will be charged.
From the 5th September 2022, all guests will require a ticket to enter Paultons Park, this includes those guests in a wheelchair or a mobility scooter.
We are pleased to offer Essential Companion tickets to those who require additional assistance during their day, you can apply for these by following the link to our ‘Guests with Access Requirements’ page (link below) . All tickets must be pre-booked and please note that an Essential Companion ticket permits entry for both the disabled guest and their Essential Companion.
Queue Assist:
Guests who feel they require assistance queueing should apply online at least 5 days in advance of their visit to receive an authorisation code, valid for 1 year, which is to be used to book the Queue Assist Scheme.
During the application process you will be asked for documentary proof of the disability which can take the form of a GP’s letter, Association Membership details, Council run membership or any other official document that states the nature of the disability. Please note that DLA letters, together with blue or orange badges, will not be accepted as these do not state the nature of the disability.
If your application is successful, you will receive an email and authorisation code.
