Can I bring my dog at Paultons Park ?
Pet dogs are not allowed inside the Park.
If you plan to bring a dog on holiday with you and would like to visit the park, there is a local dog kennels located 5 minutes from Paultons in Winsor, who provide ‘doggy day care’. Their website is www.copiedhallkennels.com
Paultons Park welcomes assistance dogs, as defined by the Equality Act 2010, who can provide support to their owners in what is likely to be a busy and crowded environment.
Assistance/service dogs are admitted on the understanding that the dog:
Is a fully trained and experienced support animal, capable of reacting appropriately and safely to any situation
Remains under close control, on a lead or harness at all times and will not cause disruption
Has 3rd party public liability insurance
Only fouls in the dedicated grass fouling area located behind the Pavilion in John and Anne’s Garden.
Will not be allowed onto the rides or into the water parks for health and safety reasons
Must be left with another member of your group and not left unattended at any time
Remains at least 3 metres away from animal exhibits and not cause distress to any birds or animals on site.
Is not taken into Beastie Burrow or Wild Lands (Nocturnal House & Walk-Through Aviary)
Paultons Park reserves the right to ask for an assistance dog to be removed from the premises if the above expectations are not met or if the dog appears to be distressed in the environment.
EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOGS
Paultons Park has been advised that emotional support dogs/animals do not fall into the same category as assistance dogs and therefore service providers are not legally required to allow access to the site. Please email guestservices@paultons.co.uk ahead of your visit.
