Christmas at Paultons Park is a magical experience for children and adults alike. Experience the park as it is transformed into a magical wonderland with lights, decorations and illuminations at every turn. We’ve put together this handy guide of FAQs to help you make the most of your day.

The event runs on selected dates between 2nd-23rd December 2023.
What are the opening times for Christmas at Paultons Park?
Paultons Park opens at 10.00am each day and rides close at 4:30pm.
What rides are open during the Christmas at Paultons event?
A large number of rides will be open during the Christmas at Paultons event, a selected number of rides will be closed for winter maintenance during December:

Will Santa’s Grotto be open this year?
Yes, Santa’s Grotto will be open this year. Make your visit extra special and add the Santa’s Grotto experience with a gift from Santa and a personal photograph with the man himself! Santa’s Grotto can be booked here, additional charge applies. You can also see Santa on the show stage as part of Santa’s Christmas Wish and Santa’s Storytime shows which run daily during the event.
What is there to see and do?
Paultons Park is decorated for the Christmas period. Huge trees, lights and decorations are used to turn the park into a beautiful land to be enjoyed by the whole family. A great selection of Paultons rides and attractions are available as well as Peppa Pig World and Tornado Springs, which are beautifully decorated for the occasion.
TOP TIP: As it gets darker, the Park becomes even more spectacular – Our beautiful Carousel and Peppa Pig World look wonderful illuminated at dusk!
Is there food and drink available at the Park?
Yes! Many of our food outlets and restaurants will be open to serve warming food to keep your energy levels up. We will also be offering festive treats for guests to indulge on whilst exploring the Park.
What if the weather is bad?
Paultons Park is an outdoor theme park, however there are a number of indoor attractions and undercover areas open to the public including; Peppa’s Toy Shop, Peppa’s Magic Photo Studio, Madame Gazelle’s Schoolhouse, The Big Toy Shop, Route 83 Diner, the guest welcome area and heated outdoor undercover seating areas by the show stage.
