2. Paultons Campsite & Glamping

In terms of proximity to Paultons Park, you won’t get much closer than Paultons Campsite and Glamping, which is just a 15-minute walk away from our wonderful rides and attractions.

This family-run site situated two minutes from Junction 2 of the M27 offers hard-standing pitches for caravans, motorhomes, camper vans and RVs, as well as grass pitches for tents, trailer tents and folding campers. All pitches have 16Amp electric hook-ups, free WiFi and access to a six-seater picnic bench.

For those who want to try something different, the site also has luxury wooden pods, stunning tipis and a touring caravan for hire.

3. Ocknell Campsite

An ideal spot for getting back to basics, Ocknell Caravan and Camping Site is a haven of tranquillity, nestled in the northern New Forest and only a 20-minute drive from Paultons Park. Camp among the heath and woodlands, where ponies roam freely, or explore the many scenic walking trails nearby. The site has toilets, drinking water taps, electric razor sockets, accessible facilities and is pet-friendly.

4. Harry’s Meadow

Harry’s Meadow is a stunning 20 acre meadow surrounded by wild flowers and trees, where you can camp with tents, camper vans, motor homes or bell tents. The site is spacious and peaceful, but also offers great facilities, including brand new shower blocks, fire pits for hire, a pizza oven at the weekends and barista coffee served in the mornings. Only 23 minutes away from Paultons Park by car, it’s also close to the River Avon and a short walk from the beautiful village of Woodgreen. The whole site is surrounded by footpaths, tracks and woodlands, just waiting to be explored.

5. Ashurst Campsite

Ashurst Campsite with its wide variety of pitch options is extremely popular with families and located a mere 12 minute’ drive away from Paultons Park. This wonderful site has toilets, showers and launderette and is the perfect spot to discover the New Forest by bike or foot, or relax in the shade of the ancient oak trees. The charming nearby village of Ashurst has a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants.
