One of Hampshire’s largest employers is seeking to fill a range of part- and full-time seasonal roles
Romsey-based Paultons Park, the UK’s number one family theme park, has launched a hiring drive to recruit 500 people to fill seasonal positions starting in early 2022.
In 2021, Paultons Park recruited the highest number of seasonal staff following the opening of popular themed world Tornado Springs. The theme park, which is one of Hampshire’s largest employers, is looking forward to a busy and exciting season next year and as a result is again increasing the size of its seasonal workforce for 2022.

Matt added: “Paultons is a fantastic place to work. I quickly realised that while in my first role operating rides. The support from the company is great. It has enabled me to progress and find a career path that suits my skills. Many of the colleagues I worked with during my first season at Paultons have stayed and grown their responsibility within the company. Aside from the brilliant career progression, I like the fact that I am part of a diverse workforce and it’s great to see everyone of all ages and experience come together.”
Seasonal staff are offered competitive hourly and weekly rates, have access to free parking, subsidised food, full training and complimentary park tickets.
