Paultons Park, the home of Peppa Pig World, has been named by Tripadvisor as the eighth best-rated amusement park in the world and the fourth best in Europe.

The family theme park, located on the edge of the New Forest in Hampshire, has been rated ‘excellent’ by over 7,500 paying guests. The attraction boasts a 4.5 out of 5 Tripadvisor score from over 10,000 reviews.

James Mancey, deputy managing director at Paultons Park, said: “We are incredibly proud to have ranked in the top ten amusement parks worldwide. We continually invest in our attraction to ensure it really does provide the best day ever for our guests. From spotless facilities, a broad range of exciting quality rides and attractions for all the family, to beautifully manicured gardens to explore, we are committed to offering an unforgettable value-for- money day out for our visitors.

“Our outstanding guest reviews are testament to the unwavering dedication of the entire Paultons Park team. Everyone works extremely hard to maintain the standards and expectations we all pride ourselves on.”

The Tripadvisor Traveller’s Choice Award winners are selected based on reviews and ratings of visitors. An algorithm was used to determine the top 10 list and took into account the quantity and quality of reviews and ratings for amusement parks worldwide, gathered over a 12-month period.

Paultons Park, which opened in 1983, is home to the UK exclusive PEPPA PIG World. The land opened in 2011 and offers nine themed rides, including Peppa’s Big Balloon Ride, Grandpa Pig’s Little Train Ride, Daddy Pig’s Car Ride, and George’s Dinosaur Adventure.

Earlier this year, Paultons Park opened its £3.5 million dark ride, Ghostly Manor, and announced its plans for a new £12 million themed world. Valgard – Realm of the Vikings is Paultons Park’s largest investment to date and is aimed at families with older children and teenagers. Valgard opens in Spring 2026 and features the park’s first inverting rollercoaster. The Viking-themed world joins Midwestern America Tornado Springs, famous for its thrilling Cyclonator ride and free-spinning Storm Chaser coaster, and the park’s dinosaur themed world, Lost Kingdom.

Paultons Park offers free parking, free entry for children under 1 metre, and some of the lowest ride queue times in the UK.
