Here at Paultons all small children are measured on arrival. Children under 1 metre in height, when measured with shoes on, enter free of charge and do not require a ticket.
If your infant is borderline and you are not 100% sure if they need a ticket when booking in advance or are concerned that they may grow before visiting, we would recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance for the rest of your party and not booking a ticket for your infant as tickets are non-refundable.
In the event that your little one is measured as 1 metre in height at the Park, you will be able to purchase a ticket for them from the kiosk at the same rate as the other tickets already purchased. Proof of purchase will be required for the rest of your party.
Should you decide to proceed to pay for your infant and find that a ticket was not required as they are in fact under 1 metre in height, whilst this cannot be refunded, we are pleased to assist with a form of credit by way of a web replacement ticket or food voucher. Please visit the Admissions Kiosk before entering the Park.
