Where do we park if arriving by coach?
The Organiser should instruct the coach driver to go straight to the coach car park which is clearly signed ‘Coach Parking’. Please follow the instructions of our car parking team at all times.
From the Coach guests should make their way to the admissions area which is located at the top end of the Car Park.
Official, uniformed, Coach Drivers are given free admissions to the Park and catering vouchers which they obtain by reporting to the Admissions Kiosk after they have parked the coach.
Can groups go back to the coach?
A pass-out is given at the exit of the Big Toy Shop so you can return to the coach to collect lunches. It is better for one or two adults to be designated for this rather than taking the whole group back to the coach. You should also arrange a time with the Coach Driver to do this.
