June is the perfect opportunity to encourage children in the importance of outside play and explaining how getting out and about can be part of a healthy lifestyle. Here is a look at just some of the amazing outdoor attractions to enjoy this month:
Water Kingdom and Muddy Puddles Water Splash Parks
Kids love splashing around so imagine a whole world of water jets, giant tipping buckets, fountains, and super soakers for them to enjoy. Water Kingdom is a huge splash paradise featuring over 40 different ways of getting wet and a seated patio area nearby so parents can relax whilst watching the fun. In Peppa Pig World there is a water splash area designed especially for the tots to do what they love best – jumping in Muddy Puddles of course!
Beautiful Gardens
From spotting topiary forest friends to relaxing with some Japanese zen, there are a whole host of beautiful gardens to enjoy at Paultons. Feature areas include: the tranquil Japanese Garden with fountains, streams and rockery, the African gardens where you can spot Gorilla, Rhinos and Giraffe topiaries and acres of space to run around in the grounds of the main gardens where a manor hotel once stood.
Outdoor Adventure Playgrounds
In Lost Kingdom children can enjoy the Little Explorers dinosaur-themed outdoor adventure play park, featuring climbing frames, slides and dinosaur footprints also, uncover rare fossils in the sand pit. In Peppa Pig World children can climb, swing, jump and slide in Mr Potato’s Playground. Plus there is more fun to be had at Percy’s Play Park on the trampolines and a bouncy castle.
The Summer Beach Party
Paultons Park is hosting its very own Summer Beach Party Show, running on selected dates from 26th May until 9th September. Experience plenty of singing, dancing and exciting games with characters: Bruce the Lifeguard, Shelly the Turtle and Manta the Ray. These will appear alongside our entertainments crew.
