Advice and tips for Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World collected from parents who have visited the Park during the summer holidays can be invaluable to help you have fun and enjoy beautiful memories with your family. Here is a little guide to get the most from your day this summer.

Umbrellas – yes umbrellas in the summer! These will help keep the sun off you and the little ones when you are waiting to get on board the rides at Paultons and Peppa Pig World. The theme park is based outdoors so it will help keep you all sheltered.

Sun cream, hats & strollers – these are also available from the shops & Guest Information at the Park. Stay safe and keep everyone’s arms, legs, heads and tums protected or covered.

Lockers – there are several locker stations located around the Park and at the key water splash areas, see the Paultons Map for details. A small charge applies, so bring some spare change but they are great for storing personal belongings like swimming gear, food and drinks whilst you hop on and off rides.

Swimming costumes, towels and goggles – the water splash parks are a great opportunity to take a break from the rides so come prepared and make the most of these exciting areas for children where they can cool off.

Socks for the indoor playzone are required to be worn at all time, so don’t forget to bring along a spare pair if the little ones are wearing flip flops or sandles this summer. They can also be purchased from our gift shops.

Bucket and spade – Many of the outdoor adventure playgrounds have sandpits around them for the smaller children to play in until their hearts content.

Ice lollies, drinks & ice creams – a delicious way to cool off in the heat. Miss Rabbit’s Ice Cream Parlour in Peppa Pig World serves a variety of colourful and tasty treats. Ice cream and lollies are also served at our snack kiosks throughout the Park. For an extra special delight try one of our ice cream puddings from the Wild Forest family restaurant menu.

Bring a backpack – Pushchairs are not able to enter the queue lines for rides, so bring along a back pack to store the essential supplies in. Pop in the sun cream, a bottle of water, sweets & any small toys or games that you can fend off those temper tantrums with!

Pass out system – We offer a free hand stamp if you need to pop back to the car to pick up supplies or anything you have forgotten. You can obtain these from the exit of the Big Toy Store at the main entrance.

Study the menu – when you are in a hurry to get back on to the rides it’s all too easy to overlook the menu options available in our restaurants. Fresh fruit is available at many of our catering outlets and our Wildling’s menu for children offers great value food for under £5.

Arrive early, stay late – During the holiday periods the Park often opens the main entrance a little earlier than normal into a large holding area to help speed up your entry. This means you can access the rides more quickly and spend a full day with us. On busy days ride closing times can also be extended at the end of the day.

We hope that you have found these top parent tips helpful and we look forward to welcoming you this summer,

Paultons Park
