Season Ticket Holder Information and Pre-Booking

Many thanks for your continuing patience and support of Paultons during what has been a challenging time for everyone, we hope you have been able to enjoy visiting the Park.

Important links for Season Ticket Holders:

Season Ticket Holders are required to pre-book all visits during weekends/selected peak weekdays and during Hampshire School holiday periods.

Please note that these bookings are currently free of charge however, we will continue to monitor this closely and will unfortunately have to reinstate the £1.00 booking fee if there are many bookings being made where guests do not attend the Park.  We ask for your support in ensuring the booking system remains fair and equitable for all our Season Ticket Holders.  Please continue to cancel any pre-booked slots if you know you will be unable to visit.

Season Ticket Holders will no longer have to pre-book to visit on weekdays during Hampshire school term dates (please see calendar below).  All you will need to do is present your valid Season Ticket upon arrival at the turnstiles to gain entry.  Please check the calendar and dates carefully before any visit to avoid disappointment.

  • Important: The number you need to input is the barcode number – mixture of letters and numbers – not your membership number! Once you pre-book you will be emailed a one-time use ticket valid only for the day of your booking, you must bring both your one-time use ticket and your Season Ticket with you.  If you can’t find your email confirmation, please log in to your account and view your Order History – you will find your one-time use tickets here.
  • Whilst capacity is limited we ask that Season Ticket Holders only book dates (where required – see calendar) for visits they are committed to make. If, for whatever reason, a planned visit on a selected date is no longer possible please cancel your booking.

New Season Ticket Purchases

Sales of new Season Tickets are currently suspended, we will have more news on this later in the year. Read our Season Ticket Terms and Conditions for more information.

Existing Season Tickets holders can still renew in the normal way.

Online Season Ticket Renewals

For Season Tickets that have been renewed online during the closure period, please use your barcoded confirmation to pre-book your visit date. Alternatively, you can import the Season Ticket Renewal voucher into the Paultons Park App, which will then show the updated expiry date, including any extension which has been applied, you can then pre-book your ticket date using the barcode number on the app.

FAQs

How do I book a date to visit?

We are pleased to advise that all dates up to the 12th September 2021 are now available to book online subject to capacity. There are a limited number of Season Ticket places available each day, please book early to avoid disappointment.

What if I am unable to attend my pre-booked date having been instructed to self-isolate?

Can I purchase normal day tickets to secure my place?

Any day tickets purchased from the Paultons Park website are strictly non-refundable, Season Ticket Holders purchasing day tickets to secure their place at the park will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Will an extension be applied to my child who is now over 1 metre in height?

All children measured as one metre or above, with shoes on, will require a ticket or their own Season Ticket to enter the park.

How do I renew my Season Ticket at the Park?

If you hold a valid Season Ticket you can renew it anytime up to and including the expiry date shown on the Ticket at a discounted price. To do this then please enter your Season Ticket code in the box above and follow the steps to renew your ticket.
We can also renew your Season Ticket at the park, on your next visit please ask at the Admissions Kiosk or Guest Information where we will be happy to assist.

Do I need to bring my Season Ticket every time?

Season Ticket Holders will only be admitted to the Park on production of their valid Season Ticket, either physical or on the Paultons Park App. Photos of Season Tickets are not accepted.  

How do I upload my Season Ticket to the Paultons Park App?

Download the Paultons Park App from the Apple App or Google Play stores. Open the Paultons Park App and navigate to the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen and tap ‘Add Tickets’. Follow the on screen instructions.

What do I do if I lose or forget my Season Ticket?

If you forget to bring your ticket to the park then you will be a charged £2.50 for us to generate a ticket to allow you into the park. We can replace lost Season Ticket for a fee of £5.00.

Will I receive discounts in the Retail and Food & Beverage outlets?

Yes, all exclusive Season Ticket holder discounts apply. Please make sure you have your Season Ticket with you or imported into the Paultons Park App as we’ll need to scan the QR code to apply your discount.

Can I still use cash at Paultons?

Paultons Park is now a cashless environment. Season Ticket Holders can upload money to their Season Tickets which they can spend around the park. Alternatively, please bring a contactless credit or debit card with you when you visit.
